      Decent pay. Good work/life balance.

      Cons

      They are sneaky. Will hire you through temp agency and continue to extend contract with false promises of hiring you full time. Knowing they will let you go when they are all caught up and don’t need you. Very sneaky.

      It's not just words, actions show your teammates really care about you. Every day you will be making a positive difference in the lives of others. Leadership listens when you share your thoughts and concerns. They mean it when they say, "We see you. We hear your. We've got you."

      You will face challenges, but the rewards are tremendous1
