They promote who the one guy in charge of sales likes.. Your hard work or talent and achievements dont matter if you are not in the IN crowd. Everyone else lives in fear of being fired. Don't let the overly positive reviews here mislead you- HR is requesting people to write nice things to "balance things out". STAY AWAY, unless you like to work hard for no reward or appreciation and be managed by people who have less experience and knowledge than you but are friends with management which is what got them there. totally unfair place to work. CEO used to be CFO, so not equipped for what is needed at this company last I was there- which is a full revamp!
