Pros
You get paid time off from the start, which is great. A lot of the people there are very nice (although who knows if those people are still there because it seems as though someone leaves the company every other day).
Cons
This job is basically nothing like management makes it seem like it will be during the interview process. They make it seem like there is such a great company culture and promote themselves on social media sites by using hashtags like #keepgoing, accompanied by fun pictures to show what a great work environment there is. Maybe there used to be a good company culture, but that seems to be long forgotten, which is proven by the high turnover rate. Management is all over the place, and never addresses situations head on, such as team realignments when people quit/get fired. Also, you will be calling people nonstop all day to try to hit your numbers... You will be micromanaged and interrogated when you don't hit the numbers you are supposed to, even when business is slow and it is obvious you are putting forth effort.
