The culture and values in this company are real and followed from the CEO to the lowest person in the organization. The fact that is a private company is great plus because you are not pushed by the decisions made because of the market but you have the possibility to do the right thing
Cons
Low Career possibility and wage increase, High number of procedures help you work in a safer environment but in the meanwhile add complexity also to the simplest internal activity and number oriented organization.
