Pros
Very nice supervisor. Did not micromanage and was always ready to answer questions and help out. Supervisor was probably the best part of this job. I had complete autonomy over my work area and I was allowed to do whatever I needed to do to make it work effectively and efficiently Was a true 40 hour work week
Cons
Upper management neglected the facility. Upper management did not communicate with refinery supervisors. Equipment was falling apart The heater didn’t work in the winter and the swamp cooler didn’t work in the summer. Upper management led us to believe that we were doing well. Then when we showed up to work one morning we were sat down in the conference room and told that we were getting laid off at the beginning of the new year
