SHUT DOWN this company - Anonymous employee Matchbox Ventures Employee Review

The former reviewer has summed everything pretty well. The few things which are missing are:- 1. The company is a joke and the consultancies who recommend or recruit for them should be blacklisted. 2. The dont just mock or insult an employee but abuse them as well. 3. If Manish get pissed off with anybody then he kicks them out of the hotel at 2 in the night, in between an event. Whether you are in a different city/country doesn't matter to him. Yes, he has done it to women as well. 4. They make up stupid excuses right before it's time for your salary and kick you out. Anybody with a sane mind shouldnt join this company.
