Pros
Good PTO if you have time to use it. Staff was great. They provide good training. Opportunity to move up if you can last long enough.
Cons
Bad relations with the resort. Management was a joke - even corporate let on that they hated their jobs and that this was a hard place to work. I left after working 70 hours a week consistently and had no weekends off.
