Pros
Middle management is fantastic, there are a lot of opportunities to change roles laterally or advance your career, most people are great to work with, fitness clubs and Moab condos are some of the best perks I’ve had at any company.
Cons
The backline support team has a disturbing sense of entitlement and are extremely rude to the point of dehumanizing people on “lower” teams. Pay is on the low end but the benefits are good. You can find better total comp elsewhere. Some people are so incompetent you wonder how they were hired in the first place or are still employed.
