1. Flexible hours. There is a time card system, but no one seems to care. 2 hour lunch breaks and no overtime. 2. Expensive European brand-name equipment.
Cons
1. Crazy office politics, like civil war. 2. Top is clueless because it has no technical knowledge. 3. No org chart so people don't know who to listen to. Job titles don't make sense. 4. Project management based on word-of-mouth without proper documentations. 5. Company has too many projects without a focus, resulting in crappy proof-of-concepts pretending to be products. 6. Burned tons of money buying useless equipment and starting useless projects. This has improved recently because there are no more money to burn. 7. The company seems to be in trouble because many has been laid off this year.
