(Offshore Tampa - Noida Team) The manager is very biased and plays very smartly. There is no growth for the employee who joins in his team, He deserves to hire freshers or less experienced employees whom he can manipulate from his words.
He says to prove yourself but the sad truth , he just want to see his best friends within the team to be successful. He share the placement reqs to few of his best friends and easy submission going reqs to his friends.
Strange thing is Director knows everything but they are her favourites, just beacuase they go beyond professionalism and maintain family relationship and care for food, health, lunch, dinner, washroom... etc etc.
Senior Employees leaving his team and new hiring is done, but strange thing is ::
Mr Vivek Gupta doesn't know anything offcourse he won't but rest entire management can notice that (HR, Operation, VP) but they are happy with this unprofessionalism.
The manager gives funny reasons and explanations like, i think by mistake the reqs are going on that directions like seriosuly.
Well no hard feelings the team has already been shattered and hope they will learn something that (Workship and friendship can't go together, if you do so at the end you have to lose the senior employees of your team).
