Massachusetts Technology Collaborative is a great place to work. People are very creative and very driven to make a difference in their community and in the state. People are generally pretty friendly and very knowledgeable. There are opportunities to grow and advance within the company. And they have casual Fridays!

At times, the "office politics" can be draining. It's also pretty easy to feel overwhelmed with your workload, since they are trying to accomplish a great deal and it seems to me that they're trying to do it with a minimal amount of people.
