Pros
Very flexiible schedule if you are an office worker. There is a good work/life balance, and management is very willing to give you the freedom to go take care of personal things, as long as you get your work done. They are a training oriented company, meaning that it is their goal to grow their employees, and in return grow their company. Employees receive a small birthday gift card every year. Which is nice. The owner likes to personally get to know his employees, also.
Cons
People on the floor don't get as flexible of a schedule. Some of the software is outdated. Clock in/out times are in 15 minute increments. So if you clock in 1 minute after the quarter/hr, it clocks you in at the next quarter hr. losing 14 minutes of pay. The payroll was willing to work with you on that though.
