The culture at Mashgin is one of the best I’ve experienced. The team is collaborative, positive, and always willing to help. Leadership is approachable and open to new ideas if you take the initiative to reach out. I started as a Deployment Engineer, and through every project and deployment, I’ve never felt alone. The work is meaningful, and it’s rewarding to see the direct impact our technology has on clients. As a team lead now, I can tell you career growth is real here if you’re willing to put in the effort!

Fast growth means processes are still evolving, but it creates chances to shape how things are done.

The pay is okay and competitive for the role. However, it comes with highly unrealistic expectations to be available and working essentially 24/7 with very little work-life balance.

The company suffers from significant nepotism that undermines accountability and fairness. Leadership in Global Support tends to hire, protect, and promote personal connections while providing little to no meaningful support for the rest of the team. Support roles face relentless pressure to work non-stop, yet even strong performance rarely leads to recognition or "exceeding expectations" ratings—those seem reserved for a select inner circle.
