On the positive side people are great and there's a collaborative attitude. working in a dynamic and challenging environment gives you back a lot professionally
Cons
Company should be in a growing trajectory but resources are continuously cut/moved so workload is unsustainable and has an impact on people's lives, so work-life balance in certain functions is affected. Wellbeing and welfare are practically non existent.
