Pros

Pay is okay, not great. Job is pretty easy though. Field Rep position gives you a company car or car allowence, whichever you want. You also receive a laptop for work. After one year of service, you receive around 10% of your salary in stock options. You also receive a bonus at the end of the year based on your performance.

Cons

At times you can put in a lot of hours, work overnights at times as well. In this job, you are basically working for Lowes and Masco (MRSS). Lowes has Masco on a leash and whatever they want they get. Upper brass inside of Masco seem to be Lowes little whipping boys. There can also be some travel involved depending on what area you are in. Since you are salaried, you can end up putting in way over 40 hours a week counting in drive time, time spent at the store, and time working at home.

Pros

- Organization cares about people - Great benefits - Solid internal communication across leadership to employee base- knowledge and functional alignment of strategic priorities - Opportunities to work with many talented individuals including at business units - Collaborative & inclusive group, focused on continuous improvement

Cons

Working in a decentralized/center-led environment can sometimes be challenging due to the added complexity. However, there is a well-established approach and culture that allows you to navigate effectively.

Pros

Great teams, coworkers, some flexibility although that seems to be changing.

Cons

Health insurance is fair at best, decent salaries, upper management says the right things, but doesn’t necessarily follow through. Leadership tends to look the same (male, older, old school).
