Being your own boss, unlimited earning potential, supportive environment with other Mary Kay consultants and directors, confidence in using and sharing a great product line.
Cons
Must be self-disciplined in order to succeed. If you need someone watching over your shoulder to make sure that you get things done, this job may not be for you.
