Pros
None. No growth or learning aspects.
Cons
There are no real clients or credible projects. New hires are often misled with stories about upcoming engagements, only to realise after joining that these claims are false.
Work culture is non-existent. In terms of benefits, there aren't any. There is no structure, learning, or growth. The environment lacks transparency, and employees receive little to no support, direction or even respect from their direct manager.
In terms of management - easily the weakest aspect. Despite calling themselves “technology consultants”, they are unable to demonstrate even a basic understanding of any tech practices. Try to put some sense in the conversation, you will end up having vague discussions. There is no CTO or technical leadership, which has left the organisation without vision or accountability. They are so unstructured that they have no clue on how to manage resources. People were let go in the most unprofessional way possible.
There are no responsible departments, everyone is exceptional in their own way. Each process is chaotic. Basic employee communications can frustrate you.
Some very experienced people joined and left within weeks/months.
