You learn a lot about your skills and the healthcare consulting world.

Cons

Managers are incompetent and there are inexperienced analysts handing out business advice to stakeholders. Company is very cheap on salary and expectations and job rubrics are made up. Company promotes bullying and a toxic culture and expects you to work on weekends and after hours with no increase in bonus or salary. Micro-managing is encouraged and if you like your mental health and life, please do not work for this company. There is huge turn over for a reason. DO NOT work here and if you do it out of sheer desperation, do not stay long and just do the work you are asked, nothing more or less.

Small teams with lots of hands-on work. Broad exposure to lots of facets across the healthcare world. Chance to learn a lot from internal SMEs and external experts on calls and interviews. Some projects are truly interesting with insightful outcomes.

Cons

High volume of projects with tight and overlapping timelines. Little time left over for investment in improving work processes or technology. Many of projects can get repetitive with similar workflows and outputs. Little company culture
