Great work life balance, It's like working in academia

There's no sense of achievement, decisions get made behind closed doors, people are very demotivated, communication is very bad, there are privileged few who get a lot versus the rest

Flexibility, freedom to choose projects, good benefits introduced by the hr team, some good initiatives and events, office is good

It could've been such a good company especially because of the cause. But, instead it's full of politics, power play, a leadership team that doesn't work well together and doesn't lead. Moreover, there is lack of trust and lack of planning for the future. Waste of time!
