Pros
Very peaceful a lot of the time and plenty of down time, the community and workers were very nice and we had each others back. Pretty straight forward at the end of the day.
Cons
They made me work alone (only 2 other coworkers, including the manager!) at the age of 16 and leave the back door unlocked at all time, would sometimes have customers ask if I was alone because no one was with me. The store was a disgusting mess and was not kept well at all (melted and torn up rug, old unused washing machines and leftover machines), wasn't taught much about the different types of clothing and fabrics so I wasn't educated to answer questions. Owner of the store refused to give me a pay raise several time after my manager kept trying her best to convince him, was stuck at $7.25 for the 2 years I was there. Other stores seemed better maintained and had more workers than ours, so working from store-to-store could vary.
