Unfortunately, there are numerous inaccuracies with what you have posted, and we would have loved to address these concerns with you in person to ensure your information was correct and you had visibility into the larger organization and further insight into how we operate.

We have a 45+ year history of growing our talent, and with a current team of over 350 awesome individuals, we look forward to continuing to reward our people for their incredible work each and every day.
We DO have annual reviews at MRG, along with a very fair, formal, and detailed method for compensation and promotions decisions. More importantly, we urge all employees and managers to not wait for an annual review, but to have frequent discussions on performance, improvements, career path, and more. We want our employees to succeed and feel like valued members of the team. And our management from the top down is accessible and invested in ensuring this is the case.
