      Pros

      I joined Mars Tech Solutions few years back, this company is very trustable. Employer is very honest and will pay salaries on time. Employer has good knowledge of software jobs, H1B , Green Card Processing and also the response from the employer is quick for any questions. So far I haven't seen any rejection of H1B from this company.

      Has less contacts for Workday jobs.

      Working with Mars Tech Solutions has been one of the best experiences of my career in Software-Engineering. One of the rare places where you will be paid personal attention and make sure there is ample of exponential-growth opportunity to advance your career, with emphasis on quality-work to the end-clients and honing your skills-portfolio. Great, proactive Human-Resources team also that is accountable so you can keep your focus on work without having to worry about the intricacies of overwhelming paperwork for employment based visa. I would definitely recommend Mars Tech to all, skillful and skills-seeking people alike, in all stages of their careers.
