      Pros

      Great healthcare support. International travel opportunities. The best development program on the market. Good leaders you can learn from (but not trust).

      Cons

      You only get promoted if you play the political game. There's NO diversity. The company has a specific employee profile. If you don't belong to the company behaviour you won't get anything. There is a hidden agenda in every leader. The company is dark. The company culture was explicit build to don't have transparency. The employees are massive about the culture. It seems like brainwashing. This is so deep and orchestrated that I just realize how much sad this company was years after leaving the company.

      Slow decision making. High ratio of recruitment of Sr. Leaders from external companies conflicting with culture.

      Pros

      I’ve been at Mars (Yorkville site) for about three months as a Quality Systems Senior Specialist, and so far it’s been a great experience. Everyone has been genuinely friendly, welcoming, and willing to help. The culture feels very supportive—people want to see you succeed and are quick to share knowledge and offer guidance. My manager has been amazing and is truly invested in my growth. She’s helped set clear expectations, encouraged development, and provided the tools and support I need to be successful.

      Cons

      None so far—still new, but my experience has been very positive.
