      Pros

      If you get a good manager (which is rare) you can work from home

      Cons

      If you get a bad manager (which is likely) you can only work from home 2-3 times a month while others are allowed 2-3 times a week. Everything is up to manager discretion which is an excuse to mistreat those people who aren't into being BFF with your manager.

      Great people who believe in a common mission. Strong leadership and support.

      Cons

      Budgets and decision making for technical programs are centralized at a high level with little to no consideration for how it affects individual programs and their unique needs. Heavy bureaucracy involved in setting up simple things.
