      Good brands and products. Family owned so no reporting pressure unlike listed FMCG companies

      Cons

      No gender diversity at senior levels which is a white man's boys club. It feels like a cult sometimes. The supposed culture vs the real one in Australia is miles apart

      Budgets and decision making for technical programs are centralized at a high level with little to no consideration for how it affects individual programs and their unique needs. Heavy bureaucracy involved in setting up simple things.
