people are truly nice and helpful no elbows out culture a lot of tools for development
Cons
although it's a family company the thinking is very short term. salary highly based on variable and the short term thinking generates impossible target and therefore very low bonus for a while decisions are extremely extremely slow the 5 principles are not really lived by leadership, it's a good PR stunt
