      Great discounts on hotels If you need money, very flexible, great hours Worked downtown, met many people Great Assistant General Manager

      hotel discount not available on holiday weekends every hotel is different, corporate marriots have their own rules and pay, independent marriots have their own rules and pay

      Pros

      Free meal, great management team that genuinely cares about the employes.

      Cons

      Employee parking is a daily struggle with no real solution in sight. Traffic in/off the island is just as bad. Co-workers are hit/miss. Some care and truly want to do their part, others just there for a temporary paycheck. A lot of turnover with new faces weekly.
