Pros
I really got along well with the lower level people who did the actual "engineering" work. You can develop skills quickly because there is a ton of work and not enough people to do it so youll end up working a ton.
Cons
Management is terrible. Poor Immediate managers are supervised by worse senior managers who report to the Marotta family which is by far the worst C-level management team i have ever come across. No one is necessarily unpleasant, their are a lot of nice people but the company is directionless and unless your last name is Marotta you're never going to make above what a 25 year old in the tech industry brings home. As someone else mentioned, data hack happened, customers were not told, employees were not told what we lost. High attrition rate from the younger people. Also most of the reviews are written by HR. "Growing pains but that happens at any company!" isn't a review. If this is a company in 10 years ill be shocked.
