Pros

Good retirement plan and benefits, stocked kitchen

Cons

Constant turnover due to poor retention, uncaring management, poor training program. Management contradicts themselves constantly. Employees overworked due to poor retention. Commute is long as housing in area is too expensive for the salary received. The work started fast-paced and enjoyable but quickly became overwhelming and management was very unsympathetic if an employee had too many questions.

The workloads here are overwhelming because the leadership assigns too many tasks and responsibilities and provides very little time. Working here is exhausting because of the overwhelming workloads and unreasonable demands of the leadership. These are the reasons why most employees here are overworked!
