Pros
The benefits are amazing and they offer flex spending and paid every week. Not to mention the amount of PTO you get and you get "personal time" built up every week. The industry is really cool and very fast pace. So there is no such thing as down time. You will work a 9 hour day but feel like you were there for only 3 hours.
Cons
The office politics is worse than an episode of Scandal. Most of the managers or people who think they are managers will micro manage you like a bunch of little drill sergeants but do not do much work themselves. Not unless you call standing in front of the coffee machine 20 times a day talking about their stupid little kids and family. You will never be fully trained because they are constantly changing things within the organization. However you can teach yourself how to be better at your position but you better not let anyone know. Then they will start to take advantage of you or if you begin to be better than your manager. They will try to fire you. If you are a woman, get use to being sexually harassed. Or rumors will be spread about you that you have relations with everyone in production.
