Pros
This is a good company for someone starting out in the industry or right out of college. They have great vacation time and unlimited sick leave.
Cons
MPE doesn't have much in the way of employee retention or advancement. They also tend to micromanage employees. There is a 50 call minimum per day and it is more of a telemarketing position vs sales/event planning.
