Pros
Good pay. Met some nice people. Nice building. Lots of meeting rooms. Plenty of candy. Easy parking. Comfy chairs. Easy commute.
Cons
Unorganized communication between team members, which creates all kinds of problems, from not learning about client feedback to having other creatives make changes to your work without your knowledge. Too much thrown at you in the first few days without proper training. Account/traffic do not understand the creative process and, therefore, have unrealistic expectations. I tried to make the best of it, but this was, hands down, the worst experience I've ever had ... anywhere.
