Pros
A great work culture is huge here, even though it’s not perfect, it’s growing in the right direction. The company actively teaches you how what you do on a daily basis directly impacts our bottom line. It’s a smaller company so we are able to make changes to certain processes in a timely manner as well.
Cons
They say that there is room for growth but it’s very limited (at least in my department) Typically that growth only happens when someone above you leaves. Anything you do can not effect your daily stats. Numbers seem to be everything to upper management.
