      Lax Environment and plenty of work to do. Close knit teams and very small.

      Cons

      Management is unorganized and tends to no provide clear direction and instructions for tasks. Inconsistent responsibilities and no accountability from management for deadlines. No standards or testing of code was permitted as it wasn't allotted in budgets so constant bugs in code.
