      Great 401k match, Great work life balance

      Cons

      Markels compensation structure is terrible, they pay below Markel value. Markels Bonus incentive is also terrible, they almost never pay 100 percent of the bonus, although they tout it as a recruiting tool. Growth can be impossible depending on the department you're in.
