Pros
Leaders are strong. We have solid plans for underwriting profit and always looking for long term solutions. Culture is great.
Cons
Bonus structure isn't always the most favorable and can lead to being underpaid to market value. Raises/cost of living increases don't follow inflation so when looking at total compensation package we are gradually becoming underpaid or have effectively taken pay cuts.
