      Agile environment that was constantly changing Ambitious targets

      Cons

      Weak follow through, management changed commitments too often Departments didn't appreciate their strong performers, bonuses always fell through You were either IN or OUT, information was not shared across channels

      Pros

      - You get a 25$ Discount every month - Good Salary - insights in eCommerce which is exiting in the middle east

      Cons

      - working atmosphere is awful ( People are scared - Its a family business, if you have stress with family members from the C level , you go fired - They hire and fire like they want, its not a secure work environment - poor leadership , the managers are scared to loose their jobs and doesn't filter the stress level - The Teams there work very hard 10 hours every day and ... you know it already , get fired after a mistake
