Great pay, great benefits, and a fantastic group of people to work with. I had the pleasure of working with Markaaz and can truly say - it was an exciting adventure that I will always treasure. Working at Markaaz, I saw a culture that listens and looks out for its employees. It is a rarity. The founders are truly humble, very passionate about what they are creating, and are willing to go the extra mile. As an added bonus, it feels good waking up knowing you’re building a product focused on helping businesses succeed.
Cons
If working hard and wearing different hats isn’t your game, stay at home. As I’m sure working with Steve Jobs, or Jeff Bezos was in the beginning… the road to success isn’t easily achieved. This also means checking your ego at the door and being open to ideas from every area of the business. If it’s your way or the highway - take the highway. Markaaz is a fast-paced environment. If you’re looking to live in your comfort zone, this may not be the place for you.
