      Pros

      I work for Marc Realty for 10yrs. Granted I'm just a Guard in their building, I enjoy working there. Everyone is nice & the owners are humble & professional..they also give bonuses for holidays. Every job has issues..but no major ones I find unbearable.

      Pros

      Friendly people and a pretty easy job.

      Cons

      Poor leadership, poor benefits. A company that wants to be in the new age but is being held back by an old school mentality and the older employees at the properties.
