Great benefits and compensation package.

Not great communication with employees

The pay is on par with everyone else.

The management is clueless. The company management has no idea what their employees are doing, how they are doing it and for who they are doing it for. I was "on staff" for over a year and spoke to one person in HR the first week I was there and never spoke to ANYONE else in the company, ever.
