Everyone is professional and fun to work with. It's a fast-paced work environment and every day is different. It's also nice to work with people who care. I don't feel like I am just a number.

Could gain skills if paired with their one decent PM

Poor leadership. No direction. No set company procedure. Lacking tech. Terrible excuse for a GC. Close to no benefits, literally 5 business days of PTO, 4 holidays. No culture, no decency for home life or even you as a human being. President pressured employees to come in after someone tested positive for COVID which lead to a rampant COVID infection throughout entire office. Everyone other than upper management always makes a point of being unhappy. Everyone is pressured to spread themselves thin.
