      Pros

      Could gain skills if paired with their one decent PM

      Cons

      Poor leadership. No direction. No set company procedure. Lacking tech. Terrible excuse for a GC. Close to no benefits, literally 5 business days of PTO, 4 holidays. No culture, no decency for home life or even you as a human being. President pressured employees to come in after someone tested positive for COVID which lead to a rampant COVID infection throughout entire office. Everyone other than upper management always makes a point of being unhappy. Everyone is pressured to spread themselves thin.

      Everyone is professional and fun to work with. It's a fast-paced work environment and every day is different. It's also nice to work with people who care. I don't feel like I am just a number.

      As the company is growing, more systems are in place to become more organized and efficient,

      Fast growing company with lots of opportunities to learn all aspects of construction. Management has an open door policy and listens to their employees input. Fast pace environment. Work life balance.

      Could use better benefits, though they are working on that.
