Pros

Everybody is just genuinely nice, it's always a pleasant experience to come into the office. There is a good emphasis on culture - and it's not faking it as most companies do, they really do care about making sure they retain the qualities that make this such a great place to work. Leadership is always accessible and transparent with the employees, surprisingly so sometimes. If culture really does eat strategy, this company will own the market in the next 5 years. The product itself is solid and developing new functionality quickly In the next 12 months, it will be one of the most feature rich and usable indoor mapping platforms in the world. Getting to work at the cutting edge is energizing and fun, never boring.

Cons

Things are moving quickly, lots of new hires and new locations so there is a little ambiguity in what to do and how to do it as things scale out. It's not bad, really it's not, but if you need to be hand walked through every aspect of your day it's going to be pretty challenging for you. You can't be a 'slave to process' type.

Pros

The technology is great, and the people are very nice.

Cons

- The company is running out of money, and the stock price has dropped about 80% in the last 2 years. If the sales team doesn’t bring in many new and big deals soon, the company will probably need to raise money again (like last year) or face serious money problems later this year. Another round of layoffs is likely, along with new ways to raise money to keep the company going. - Many leaders have left the company in the last 12-18 months, and now a very small group is in charge (especially in the USA office, where leadership is close personal friends). If you’re not part of this inner circle, you are not very important and might be pushed out.
