Good company for GIS related jobs, nice environment,

No issues, it is small company.

Able to learn a lot on the job from one good mentor.

Overall company management was dreadful - environment sometimes hostile in addition to being woefully mismanaged and underpaying employees. Also shockingly hostile to clients at times, which is not a way to garner business in consulting.
