This is a tiny company, but I am glad I ended up there. They are a small, specialized security company that focuses on depth of expertise in specific niches rather than broad, generalist skills. Good benefits, good culture, and the leadership sincerely cares about their employees. They also very diligent about security best practices

1. Great work-Life balance. Unlimited PTO, they had no interest in burning folks out, or working them to death. 2. Pay was better than on-par with industry standard. 3. They have interesting work that needs good people to complete, therefore Mantis hires good people (Small group of force multipliers). 4. For a small group, their processes are great. Onboarding, offboarding, forms, insurance matters, training etc... are all handled quite well. 5. They were honest, upfront and held true to their word. 6. They get you where you need to be and get out of your way, at the same time provide support if/when you need it. 7. Benefits are better than industry standard for a business of this size.

No Cons. If you have worked for a small business with aspirations of growth, you'll know what to expect from this work experience.
