      This school system has great diversity among educators and students. The kids are so much fun. Great work/life balance, especially if you have kids.

      Sketchy leadership. School nursing is a dead-end job, unfortunately.

      Students that really want help will appreciate you, alongside their parents showing gratitude.

      Cons

      Micromanagement, 30+ kids in a class with no help, admin just trying to get by day by day and will never side with you.
