Pros
Not much is asked of you, most teachers don't even leave a note. If you're looking at sub positions just make sure to bring a book or knitting or something.
Cons
Keep your expectations lower than the gum on the bottom of your shoe. So much administration and not enough getting done. Kids are horrible. Pay is miserable. Save yourself.
