      - ManoMano management always try to convey an image that this is a company who cares about its employees, but actually only does the minimum that is required by the French labor law - Social plan that is completely chaotic and disregarding the well-being of its employees

      It’s a company that takes to heart it’s values, manomano manages to achieve amazing growth whilst supporting its care value to its employees.

      Cons

      It’s growing at such a pace that sometimes it’s hard to keep up with all the new tech departments that keep appearing !! But that’s a good thing ;)
