Pros
-The people are friendly, quirky, and cool.
-The management is reasonable and understanding, will work with you and understand when you have scheduling requests or are sick. Very easy to get shifts covered.
-Less politics than any other workplace I've encountered.
-The work is not too hard for the pay, didn't feel like a slave like at some jobs.
Cons
-If you don't have a car or live in Collegetown you will probably have to take the bus.
-Limited summer hours.
-Very few full time staff, in the summer even the supervisors only get like 30 hours a week.
