They will put you on contract and never make you permanent. Even if you do better than your superior they will not agree to your inputs. The middle-level manager is the worst in handling others emotions. all changes will be done in the end moment all your efforts go in drain. They offer you the position you want. but will make you work for things that you are not made for.
